My expectations were exceeded from placing the service call to a knowledgeable tech arrive on time. Tech had my ac problem corrected in just a few minutes with the part needed on his van.

I contacted Highlands regarding a tenant's report that the a/c was not working. They were able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. The service tech showed up as scheduled, assessed the problem and had everything working within 30 minutes. They were quick and efficient. The technician was well experienced. I highly recommend using this company. This is my 2nd experience using them.
