I’ve been training in martial arts for years, and I can say the instructor here really knows his stuff. His knowledge, discipline, and teaching style are solid. Although I couldn’t attend regularly due to my military commitments, I fully recommend this academy to anyone serious about learning. Easy 5 stars.
Great place to work Roger will take care of you. You're treated like family and they know you by name the hometime is phenomenal as well. Everyone there is a professional and are awesome to work with. The only bad thing was the pay was a little on the low side but they pay for your experience so take that as you want but great folks. Awesome company to work for.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. My appointment started on time with no wait. Jade did a great job with my hair. She looked at a picture that I had on my phone for an idea of the style I wanted and got to work. She was very thorough and made sure to check all the lengths to make sure it was cut evenly. She did a great job curling my hair as well.

First really good short hair cut I've had in Abingdon. And such a nice barber.
Always friendly and professional. Shop definitely has a "girlie" vibe and at times has the resident fluff boy "Milo" who welcomes everyone with a tail wag. Prices here are competitive and I have been coming here over 5 years. These girls are the best. Very satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone needing a new hairdresser.

Just visited for the first time today! The owner was kind enough to come in on a Sunday and do a gel manicure. The quality is really good, the color looks great, and the prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be coming again in the future!

Lived at one of their apartments for over 4 years. That was my home for a little while and I have a lot of great memories there. Rent was a great price, helped me save up to get my own place. The apartment was great and the location was amazing. I highly reccomend this company. They were always nice and the utility guys were kind and very helpful. They were quick to address any issues I had. Great place that will always hold a special place in my family's heart.

I injured my back 5 years ago. I have been to chiropractors in NY, TN and now VA. I have never gotten good results until I started going to Dr. Todd. I have not had my back feel this good since I hurt it. Dr. Todd listens to what you have to say and acts accordingly. He doesn’t tell you when to return, no unnecessary visits. If you are not sure how often to return, just ask. He will not lead you astray. His office staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. He has Dr. Cassidy also, she is as good as he is. You will be glad you tried Virginia Sports and Chiropractic and Dr. Todd or Dr. Cassidy.
He fixed my thyroid issue the doctors couldn't! Best affordable natural health option I have found. Also he is a great chiropractor too and helped me with my headaches and TMJ and other issues. When I first went here I was so exhausted I could barely get out of bed. After seeing Dr Brian for a month and taking my supplements I was back to normal. Thank you so much! Emily at the front is great too. So helpful and nice! Will continue to go here and recommend to all my family and friends. Also helped my daughter with her headaches!
Best ever! Many years of top class care to my horses, also sometimes dogs. Could not recommend more. Super up to date with everything current, and practical. Emphathetic also, plus rescued many potentially heartbreaking situations in the middle of the night.
