We had a water leak that needed attention, and this company responded quickly. The workers were professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining the repair process. The work was completed efficiently, and everything is working perfectly. I appreciate the prompt service and excellent customer care. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
We called and spoke with Kendra to set up our appointment. We weren’t sure if it was an emergency situation or not so they went on standby to come next day if needed! It wasn’t an emergency so we made an appointment. Zac came out to find our septic (which he did in about 10 seconds). I was not home when he came but we communicated by phone about the issues we had concerns about. Zac made a great recommendation to solve the problem and finished the job within a couple of hours (including a parts run). We are thrilled with the results and they will be my go to business in the future.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Abingdon area. They were quick to come out to pump our septic. They also flagged an issue with how our pump tank plumbing was configured, which would have eventually caused problems. We had them back out to correct the issue, which was done quickly and professionally.
