From talking with Yoko on the phone to the end of the project.
Jordan came out the following day , took measurements and i got an estimate of time and price the very same day.

“This place was sent out for water mitigation by my insurance. The experience was fantastic and they came before I was even able to be home to see the incident myself as I was four hours away. I was very happy with them so I retained services for the rebuild.
My basement was as good as new in two days! They put in my flooring perfectly, designed baseboards to my specifications, painted the color I asked for without me even having to check again or worry about it. New window looks great. Ombo and his team were respectful, clean, quick, and communicative, and it was nice to see them work so well together as they seem to enjoy each others company while doing so.“

“If I could give Sunwest Flooring ten stars, I would. After reading the other reviews, I decided to give them a call. I needed to replace the carpet in our master bedroom with wood or laminate so my wife's very heavy hospital bed could be moved more easily. Aaron Kay came to my home and talked about our needs and what we expected. He came back with samples and discussed the best options. His price was acceptable, and I told him of my expectation for a perfect install, especially the transition from one room to the other. His crew of Dallin, Jay, Enrique, and Tio showed up on time. They discovered some damage in the subfloor from the heavy bed and gave me a price to repair it on the spot, and ran to the hardware store to get parts and did a quick repair. They were pros and had the entire job completed in 3 hours flat, including removing the old carpet, removing and reinstalling the baseboard, repairing the subfloor, and doing a perfect job on the new laminate flooring. The three installers came early and worked hard all day. Craig called to follow up on how it was going. He also checked at the end of the day.

“After water pipes broke above my kitchen over 7 months ago, I found the entire staff at Ogden's Carpet Outlet in Taylorsville to be incredibly helpful when I had questions about replacing damaged carpet. The water collapsed the ceiling of the room below, causing extensive damage. The Staff worked seemlessly with the Construction & Insurance companies, taking a lot of the stress out of the situation. I'm so grateful to have had their help during a challenging time of reconstruction in my home.
When their Carpet Layers came to install that beautiful carpet, they exceeded my expectations. And they were even able to replace the pad & restretch my old carpet that the Insurance wasn't replacing. Even my old carpet looks lovely again.

“We have a hand scraped hickory wood floor in our house that is 10+ years old. We just put in a new kitchen but loved the old floors. We wanted to freshen them up and Randy was so helpful. He gave us all the tips and sold us some oil and let us use his floor polisher. We oiled, buffed and polished about 2,000 square feet of this floor in a weekend and it looks brand new! I would absolutely choose this floor again and am wondering where else we can put it. These two pictures are of our office and it is before and after oiling and polishing and probably shows the most drastic difference.“

“I had moose flooring come out for a quote about 2 months ago. I had a big remodel in Park City that needed a lot of different crews on site to finish the project. Jakob, Chris and the crew were super flexible and worked around our other installers. We did a 13 inch wide plank engineered hardwood and I think it turned out really special. Moose did full glue down and nail down for the floor just like we asked. They also fabricated some custom stair nose and baseboard for us that matches the new floors.“

“I have always used Wards carpet they have done many jobs for me. Commercial and residential, I cannot recommend them.
With a higher rating, I think they always do a 5 star job. They're honest.
They are reasonably priced.
