We love our floors. We are flipping a house, and Brandon really helped us choose the proper flooring. He always responded quickly to our texts and emails and the guy he had lay our flooring did an awesome job! He worked so hard all day and made sure we were happy with it. Had a few issues, but got them resolved as best as possible. It's tough to choose a carpet color, then get a different "dye lot" 2 months later!! Plus, we never got our carpet sample until the day after the carpet was laid! Tough to match paint colors, etc. I just appreciate the follow-through and the willingness to resolve. Thanks!
Ordered custom Graber top-down bottom-up blackout cellular shades for my media room. I couldn't be happier with the blinds , Trale and Lemco. Communication was excellent throughout — I got clear updates at every stage.
A big part of that was Trale from Lemco, the representatives I worked with. He helped me coordinate the right color and blind type to fit the space — since I wanted something that would work well with low light for movie nights, their input made a real difference.
Installation was easy, the installer arrived on time and it only took about 15 minutes per window.
Great quality and a smooth experience overall. Would order from Trale and Lemco again.
