Our house starting staying at 80º, and not dropping. So we had one HVAC tech/owner look at our 12 year old system, and tell us we needed to replace it for 10k, the sooner the better. Two family members recommended Titan to us, after years and years of great treatment by them. Titan was able to schedule us same-day due to time of season. So we got a second opinion from Brad, one of Titan's technicians. Brad was extremely thorough, checked our freon unlike the previous tech, and our only issue was needing 1.5lbs of Freon and needing the txv or tvx (?) bulb moved slightly. Surprised by the negative reviews here, which prompted me to share my experiences.
Purchased a home, needed some follow up work through the builder and Titan. Minor issues, all were fixed promptly and with great communication between Titan and our builder. Worked so far with a few ladies in the office, and Cole and Cris. Everyone was great, Cole came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was nice and helpful each time.

We lost our air on July 3 with our adult children and our 3 grandkids-Cole SAVED us!!! of course it was the start of the heat wave and he didn't give up ! He got us temporarily up and running until we could get a certain part. We won't use anyone else for our heating/air.
