The BEST experience we've had in years. 10/10 recommend to anyone with easily spooked doggos. My boi is around 180lbs and very barky with new people and that can be scary to others! I know he would never do anything and is actually afraid of everything even gnats (not kidding) so it's so hard to find people that trust me when I say he wouldn't harm anyone he's just an easily spooked boy. These guys handled him with such grace, knew exactly who he was when we walked in(for the first time!!) and knew he didn't do well with men and went out of their way to provide excellent care for him. I am a longtime Banfield customer. I have always enjoyed their dedication to my fur-babies. The reason for the rating of 3 stars instead 4 or 5 stars is because of 2 reasons. 1: they have a lack of veterinarians. It can take weeks (many times months) to be seen. 2: they forget to turn their phones on. They don’t forget once or twice. They forget constantly and consistently. When my dog is in their care, I believe that I should be able to call in to check on him.The vets and medical staff at this location are fabulous. They need more vets and reception staff, however.

We have been Banfield customers for many years. We are “regulars” at whatever state we reside. This Banfield has been our favorite location in UT since it opened. The team has been kind & understanding from our beginnings to the ends. Being a hypochondriac parent, they have been patient & thorough. They even tolerate our cry baby chihuahua.Thanks for always helping!
