“We had a bathtub flood Into our kitchen, and Sam came to take a look. By the time he had come, I had already pulled all the drywall out of the ceiling and tried to dry things out as best I could as it had happened over a weekend and I didn’t contacted them until Monday. He did a very thorough inspection and was honest in the fact that all I needed was some drywall repaired and recommended I contacted a drywall installer as it Would be cheaper than going through an insurance claim and their company. This is not my first time contacting water restoration company, but it is the first time I have had one be so honest with me!
Additionally, they got contacted by my insurance company earlier this afternoon and came within three hours to take a look. Which was amazing!
Because of their prompt service and honest Information I will happily give them five stars! They said they offer free checks for water so if anybody has any question of whether or not they should do a restoration give them a call as there is nothing to lose!”
