We were hosted by Josie and Joshua, who were both incredible. They were kind, funny, and made sure we were completely comfortable on our horses.
I’ve only ridden a horse maybe twice in my life, yet I ended up full-on galloping during the ride. The process of choosing and connecting with a horse beforehand was amazing and absolutely worth the time.
As for the initial phone call, yes, it was long—as some reviews mention—but it was actually enjoyable. Jackson just wants to make sure you’re prepared for the experience you’re about to have.
I can’t recommend Jacob’s Ranch enough to anyone considering it. I’m by no means an avid horse person, but this trail ride is 100% worth it. Thank you again to Josie and Joshua! You two were awesome!
