Overall, extremely satisfied! Shannon and Mary Lou are knowledgeable, personable and reliable. Their high-level of expertise provided me with the reassurance I needed while navigating through the process of selling my home and purchasing a new one. They were quick to respond and coordinate between myself and potential buyers. And best of all I received the pricing I needed! I want to thank them for everything!

Exemplary very work in a tough market.When we decided to sell the market was slowing down. Shannon was very diligent in the selling the house in the slowed market.Her attention to detail in showing the property and her showmanship was exemplary.I would highly recommend Shannon Dixon for anything related in real estate.
