My wife and I selected Shannon because she had a demonstrated track-record of selling homes in the Vernal area and her photos and staging looked great. We weren't disappointed. We live out of state, and it was great having Shannon present locally to help coordinate repairs, painting, and carpet replacement. Shannon had a strong network of contractors and vendors and it was useful to draw upon her connections.
