Jeremy is a terrible realtor. Helped sell a home to my friend and ended up being a home in foreclosure which he ended up being kicked out of. Bought my own home using him as a realtor and the whole experience was a bit iffy. Wouldn’t recommend him to anybody.
I have only two questions:
1. If you are not going to answer to possible tenants , why would you post an advertisement at all?
2. Do you do that just to collect money on applications?
DO NOT TRUST Jeremy Peterson of Evolution Real Estate or Flipside Real Estate. He will NOT disclose everything that is wrong with the property. Plumbing, electrical, etc. They “fix” things with UNLICENSED contractors that will not pass inspection. He is in Violation of so many Real Estate Code of Ethics. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM NOR FROM EVOLUTION REAL ESTATE.
