Dr. Roundy and staff took great care of my Brittany Spaniel! Lynette at the front desk is so efficient and welcoming! She explained what to expect and cost, so there were no surprises. She had a full waiting room, but managed to make me feel like the only patient there. The office is clean and organized. I felt at ease leaving my puppy in the best care.
Dr Roundy is the best! His staff is friendly as well. He took his time to explain things to me and made sure I knew how to do the homecare required for my goats eventhough our appointment ended after hours. He tells it how it is, no nonsense. I appreciate that. I drive from Saratoga Springs to see him for our farm animals.
