AAA Disaster Services has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a calm presence in what was a disastrous experience for me. After the initial flood remediation was complete, AAA’s team of experts took over. From the time John came and evaluated the damage, his knowledge and calm confidence put me at ease. Tom started the project immediately and kept the progress moving consistently to completion. He communicated daily and didn’t mind answering my many questions until I was comfortable making a decision. The contractors he brought in were prompt, thorough and supervised personally by Tom himself. As a single female, it’s also important to note that I felt perfectly comfortable having Tom and his crew inside my home. Drywall was completed ahead of schedule and the texture was a good match with the existing wall. “Chino” painstakingly sanded old adhesive off of individual tiles so they could be reused and match the existing tile. The most important element to my rebuild was my hardwood floors. The subcontractor that was hired to sand and refinish my floors was an absolute artist. I caught myself periodically running my hand across the freshly sanded floor, excited for the finished product. And it did not disappoint! Mike and the entire crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were they conscious of the budget but also helped me navigate the insurance claim process. I could not have navigated the recovery and rebuild process without AAA Disaster Services.
If you are unfortunate enough to have a disaster of any kind, this company and their staff are your ticket to peace of mind. They acually do care about you as a person, your safety, and minimizing the residual trauma from the original trauma of your disaster. They are professional, have top notch staffing in every area and work with reliable and talented professionals to restore your property to as close to as it was before the disaster.

From my introduction to John Niedert, estimator, to each person that worked for AAA services for each step of the process was thoroughly done in the most professional way. I had a roof leak on one of my homes. It subsequently came through a back bedroom soaking insulation, drywall in both ceiling and walls. Each step of the process was meticulous in how it was deconstructed and disposed of and then reconstructed to better than it was before.
