“AAA Disaster Services has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a calm presence in what was a disastrous experience for me. After the initial flood remediation was complete, AAA’s team of experts took over. From the time John came and evaluated the damage, his knowledge and calm confidence put me at ease. Tom started the project immediately and kept the progress moving consistently to completion. He communicated daily and didn’t mind answering my many questions until I was comfortable making a decision. The contractors he brought in were prompt, thorough and supervised personally by Tom himself. As a single female, it’s also important to note that I felt perfectly comfortable having Tom and his crew inside my home. Drywall was completed ahead of schedule and the texture was a good match with the existing wall. “Chino” painstakingly sanded old adhesive off of individual tiles so they could be reused and match the existing tile. The most important element to my rebuild was my hardwood floors. The subcontractor that was hired to sand and refinish my floors was an absolute artist. I caught myself periodically running my hand across the freshly sanded floor, excited for the finished product. And it did not disappoint! Mike and the entire crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were they conscious of the budget but also helped me navigate the insurance claim process. I could not have navigated the recovery and rebuild process without AAA Disaster Services.“
