Through referral, I called Roto Rooter
to schedule for free pre-inspection as part of routine maintenance. Technician explained well the importance of annual flushing of our water heater tank to avoid future damage that will cost an expensive repair & replacement! Very professional & knowledgeable technician & staff that finished the job in couple of hours only! Two thumbs up!
Best appliance service I have ever had. Eric was very informative and forthcoming.
Jon from Roto-Rooter in Hurricane was absolutely outstanding! He came to our home within 20 minutes of our emergency call—not just once, but twice! His quick response, professionalism, and expertise turned a very stressful situation into one we felt confident was being handled.
Jon was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. We are incredibly grateful for his prompt service and dedication. If you ever need plumbing help, we highly recommend asking for Jon. Thank you for going above and beyond!
