Alma gave great advice and came same day (Saturday!) when the water heater stopped heating, getting hot water back in less than an hour. He handled the warranty and used local relationships for parts at no extra cost. He did a great job putting in water heaters, with honest prices, friendly and accommodating service. Installation was quick, very well done, and professional. He was kind, knowledgeable, and cares about customers. 5/5 stars, and he'll be the first call for any water heater or plumbing needs.
Alma gave me great advice a month ago (that didn’t cost me anything) so I called him when my water heater stopped heating water.
