Blue was probably the most responsive vendor/entity I've engaged with. Within days we had scheduled a technician to visit our home and he was friendly and knowledgeable.
Although the outcome wasn't what we were hoping for, a greater reflection on our original plumber when building our home, the Blue Team has gone above and beyond to try and remedy this issue.
They even followed up with me after the completion of the project to ensure they could find every way to help with this problem.
I actually really love the work Blue Plumbing does. They have been prompt and fixed our many plumbing issues we have had over the year. Pricing was given before work was done.
My rating dropped a star because we had enough water damage once and we went with their recommendation for a restoration company (True Restore). Sadly that company tore everything apart (right before the holidays). They then left us waiting for a month with no communication (after many attempts on our part) before we decided to move on to someone else for help. Stick with Blue but avoid True Restore.
Matt did a terrific job installing pipes for my sink and toilet in my unfinished basement bathroom. He explained everything very thoroughly and even added an expansion tank at my request. He was polite, knowledgeable, and quick in his work. Thank you, Matt!
