After the unexpected passing of my 21 year old son that had moved and was residing in Utah, while I was living in Oregon, I had no idea who to trust. My son’s employer suggested SereniCare and I’m very glad she did. From the very first phone conversation Cate, was warm, welcoming, and very empathetic to me and the situation. She explained the process, price, and welcomed all my questions. When I received the invoice it was exactly as we discussed over the phone, and she even did some research to find the location of some of his personal items.
