“This may sound funny I watch the Simpson episode where Lisa & Homer go to one, it was hilarious!! Then a person at work mentioned it was awesome so, I have been going here 2022, I was hesitant to try it out at first thinking I would freak out. Not the case, it took me a bit now I close the door, turn off the light and music. I used to have it all the way open or leave it slightly ajar. I got a little cold so I now close it. People who work here are mellow and very nice. It very clean and a place to escape out of the noisy world! Once you learn how to relax your muscles and do breathwork, it is an amazing experience!
