“I don’t post reviews often, however I need to say how wonderful Idlewire is. My husband and I are first responders with a German Shepherd who’s in training to be my service dog. While I’m at work, he gets to play, have friends, get tired, and he LOVES going. I get the best report cards, the staff responds to my obnoxious texts when he and or I are being DRAMATIC… having somewhere safe for my best friend is more gratitude then I can put into words. He got a scratch on his nose (probably deserved it he’s a punk 🤣) and they were swift to take care of it and called me immediately! Honestly, I love these guys. Thank you over and over again.“

From the start, their training was structured, clear, and tailored specifically to my dog’s temperament and energy level.

The improvement in recall alone has been huge—I now feel confident letting my dog off leash knowing she will come back when called. They also helped us work through aggressive/reactive behaviors in a calm, effective way that actually stuck, not just a temporary fix. “We've had Dexter back for a few days since returning from his 3 week board and train at 8 months old. He is doing so well and we definitely notice it. Dexter had his puppy training there as well when he was 12 weeks old. This was our 2nd trip to Salt Lake City with Cornerstone as we are in Washington. Madison was great and helped us work toward our long term goals with our Dexter. I would strongly recommend them for any training! I was very pleased.“

“Terrific Vet!! Not sure who the Vets were during the other reviews but we have always had a good experience here. The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“

“We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)“
