“A decade ago, we had Tim come take down a huge cottonwood in our yard after a huge limb suddenly came down. He was so good that we kept his information for the future. The future has arrived! We got the bid for trimming some large branches that were threatening our roof from three different trees (different species as well) and I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the crew and the service. They were prompt, responsive and responsible. They took every safety measure and their method displayed knowledge; and careful thought and evaluation. “Note: I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because on 10/14/2024 they finally finished the work. Similar to another reviewer, my experience started out very good with Otto and crew. They showed up and worked hard. Unfortunately, it took many (and I mean many) months for Otto and crew to come back and do the joint caulking on my driveway and RV pad. He made many promises to come and complete the job, but always had an excuse for not showing up. Otto did show up on Oct. 1st and we re-negotiated the price (more money) so that I could get the job finished. I see so many other good reviews, it’s such a shame he doesn’t always honor his commitments.“
