This is 1st time we have our piano tuning by Spencer. His tuning is in detail and he also cleaned the piano inside and outside very well. He spent about 1 hour and half in tuning and did an excellent job. Thanks Spencer.
Spencer communicated before coming to remind me and make sure he knew right where to come. Our piano hadn’t been played much in the 10 years since it was tuned, so hadn’t gone out of tune much. Spencer recommended not tuning it at this time and didn’t even charge me for coming! I love an honest worker for a change! I will definitely recommend him to others and call him when I finally do need to get my piano tuned.
