I missed my appointment with a doctor at this clinic and was internally panicking about having to wait another 3 months to get in with a PCP when I called to see if the doctor could still see me 30 min late. He couldn't, but the receptionist was amazing and took the time to help me find another opening. I was so worried I was crying when I called and by the time the call ended, I felt happy and relieved that the wait to get in was only 1 day. It might seem small, but I'm chronically ill, and when you can't wait 3 months to see a doctor, it doesn't feel so small.
Dr. Jones has a wonderful personality, he has helped my wife and I gain a healthier life style. He is very thorough in his practice and helps us know what is negatively affecting our health and how best to control the problems. We love him.
Dr Jones is very informative and extra helpful, this visit was very satisfying. Past md visits experiences with other doctors were exhausting and not helpful at all. They (other doctors) stated I did not need this and that, but in the end I did need this and that.
