As this was my first experience with this whole process, I was not sure what to expect. Chris answered all of my questions, walked me through every step and helped me get a great lock and minimal closing costs. The closing was a breeze and it is mostly due to Chris's help through the process.

Jon has been an excellent loan officer. He has been willing to help explain different questions that have come up as well as being willing to take my calls at any time. In fact the first time I contacted him he was on vacation but still took some time to send me the information that would be needed for our first meeting.

We bought our house a year ago and had a really great experience. Darla was great at helping us through the process and answering all of our questions. the one issue I had was when we were closing on our house and signing all the papers. Darla said she would be there but she might be a little late which was fine, but she never showed up and we never heard anything back from her after we closed she never called and said sorry for not being there or a congrats. Nothing. She even told us when she said she would be at the closing that she had a thank you gift for us that we never received.
