Modified Flooring did the ceramic tile demolition in two large areas of our home in December of 2024. They did a fantastic job for us! They got the work done hours faster than they estimated, their price was excellent, and they left the sub-floor smooth and ready for the installation of the LVP flooring we are replacing the ceramic tile with. I highly recommend Modified Flooring! Also, Robb was excellent at communicating with me leading up to the job, and he followed up to make sure the job met our expectations. He pays close attention to detail, and gave us great suggestions on how to make our installation turn out great!

Incredible service! I got 6 quotes from different companies and Modified was the best price! The crew was fantastic to work with and so friendly and professional. They left my house cleaner than when they came. There wasn't a scrap left on my driveway when they left. I felt 100% comfortable with all of the guys in my home.
