Full on Criminals!! My story is that I received no services though I paid up front. They bid, sent a quote and asked for 50%, when I thought that was too much and was going to go with a real company, they lowered it to 25%. For whatever reason I decided to give them a try. I paid them nearly $12,000 (cashiers check) when something felt not right...I didn't think their license looked right, where was their insurance??...that night I googled and found horrific reviews under Profixe LLC, and Profixe Cabinets LLC. More investigation revealed all photos, business addresses emails and most phone numbers and mailing addresses were fake. Within 10 hours of signing with them, I put in a stop check (which was not fully backed by his bank America 1st)...then I drafted a legal cancellation letter, which I sent to all known addresses, emails, and by text. I filed complaints with Consumer Protection, and Advocates, Thumbtack, DOPL, and with the police. I hire an attorney and she drafts a payment demand letter for 30 days. This was on the dates of March 4-7th. Edson Lin's tells me I will get my money back in 30 days, which is April 5th. Interestingly I read posts where he tells a group of people they will get their work done by April 5th. It is April 13th, and not a word. I am skeptical about his people telling you they quit working for him...I'm pretty sure they're related and are for the most part covering for him. FYI GRGroup is still an active license. He is still scamming people out of their money, though he is in serious legal trouble. Next step for me is suing him. I will not stop until I get my money back!! I am already paying for this as it was a line of credit!! This company has to be stopped!!

Also goes by Profixe LLC. Charged half payment for deposit of in Dec 2020, did only a little bit of work, then asked for another payment of and did nothing for weeks and still has not showed up since Jan 2021. Subs stopped working because he took the money and didn’t pay them. Did not return calls, does not communicate, blames delays on COVID, won’t refund money for work not done and is not properly licensed like they state they are. If you check DOPL Profixe LLC, they have had there license revoked and there is no Pro Basements license listed, will try to use GR Group license but it’s not his license.
