We have been working with Stephanie for about 5.5 months on a new home at Pierson Farms in West Jordan. Krista joined in the fun around a month ago. We have made all of our choices and are meeting with a new member of their team West on Monday next week. Stephanie and Krista both have treated us like royalty and bent over backwards to help make our dreams come true. We are expecting that West will be from the same mold. We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives with help of McArthur Homes.

I never thought a new build would be possible for our family because of the cost, but it was so reasonable with McArthur homes. All of the staff was so friendly and worked with us and helped us stay on budget. We never felt pressured to do a lot of upgrades. They were very honest and if any issues came up while building, they were quick to fix it. If there is one thing I could change though it would have been being notified that bathroom fans would not be put in the upstairs. Now I have to try to climb up on the slippery tub to open the window when anyone takes a shower and it's difficult for my kids to do the same. I haven't bought a home from MacArthur (yet), but I own a home near one of their new home construction sites in West Jordan. I had some concerns related to the unpleasant effects of being so close to the construction. They listened and made some changes to accommodate my concerns. I even communicated some with the company's owner. From those interactions, I can tell this is a company where integrity is a solid, practiced business value. The homes they are building are beautiful. I highly recommend them!
