About Life Time
Life Time is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities for its members. The facility features an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Members can enjoy unlimited group training and individualized attention with a Signature Membership. The kids' center and classes are highly praised, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot for families. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning crew maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout the gym, locker rooms, and workout areas. The café provides a nice place to grab a bite or get some work done, and summer pool time remains a popular highlight for many members. Members have expressed a desire for a cold plunge pool, and there are calls for better enforcement of proper attire policies, especially to prevent members from making content on the open gym floor while wearing next to nothing. Overall, Life Time is a community hub that brings joy and convenience to its members' lives, with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and support.
Visited this Lifetime from Colorado and left my hat in a locker which I realized on my way to the airport. Initially it was hard to get it back, but the general manager was very helpful and I really appreciated his time to help me find my hat! Aside from knowing he cares about his club, the facilities are state of the art in all aspects. Enjoyed my workouts and indoor pickleball.
Hands down the best gym I have ever been to! The gym lay out is resort style and the biggest I have ever seen. There is a full food cafe, haie salon, kids area, pickleball, basketball courts, swimming pools inside and out, kids water slides, best gym equipment, great work out classes, state of the art workout equipment, lobby lounges. You can literally stay there all day! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to invest in the Life Time journey!

I switched to EOS. My experience at EOS is actually better.
That said, I only lift, do cardio and some spin classes. All the other creature comforts of LifeTime don’t matter to me. However, my biggest gripe with LifeTime having gone in as a guest as of recently is crowding and lack of workout machines.
Sorry for all the negativity.
On a more positive note, regardless of the amenities and their quality, you will meet people here who are serious about their health, otherwise they wouldn’t be paying $200 a month for a...read full review
