I have worked professionally with Jenkins Soffe for over 10 years. When my mother was in her last stage of life, I knew exactly who I was going to call. Knowing professionally the history of care and thoughtfulness I ‘ve experienced working with them over the years, it was a no brainer. Brandon and Byron were both exceptional in caring for us and my mom. They ensured our requests were met, including the last minute changing of fresh flowers and had written notes we wanted her to have and to hold in her final moments here on earth. We used Jenkins-Soffe to handle the services for my amazing dad when he passed. Incredible attention to detail. Byron and his guys handled everything so professionally and without flaw. Even after the services, Robert took the time to sit down with my mom to help her go thru pension, insurance, and social security items. He handled many of the calls for us. One more thing that we wouldn't have had any idea where to start handling. Wholehearted four stars. Caring and professional.
I would like to give a special thank you to Eldon, Dax, Will, and the team for everything that they did to make this difficult process as easy as possible. From the moment they picked up my father's body at the hospital to the moment they laid him to rest. They showed nothing but respect and humility in the way they treated the family and the deceased.
