They ensured our requests were met, including the last minute changing of fresh flowers and had written notes we wanted her to have and to hold in her final moments here on earth. “We have had family there since 1987. Bryon Becker helped my mom and I today with a long unresolved issue concerning one of our vases. He was so professional, kind and patient. My mom was so happy to finally put fresh 💐 in my brothers vase after many years of disappointment.
I've had many terrible experiences with the elderly, possibly hispanic maintenance man who is crass, overbearing, impatient, bullying and acts like he owns the place. He needs to go!
