Love the Liz Claiborne selection at this store! However the store has declined in customer service over the years. Very few employees in store and if you ever have a simple return - beware, the process isn't simple. This is the corporate's fault, not the employees. You have to go to a completely different register downstairs for any returns . All I wanted to do was a straight across exchange, one pair of pants for another, it could have been so simple. I had the receipt in hand and tags still on the clothing. They made it quite complicated! I ended up walking out very unsatisfied with this shopping experience, got a credit on my card without doing the exchange... read full review

Same old jcp! Everyone I encountered was nice. Sephora was moved out and not they have their own beauty section the girls there are nice too. Came on a Saturday busy like I would expect but I like that everything is organized and not messy.

I had my purse and other personal belongings stolen out of my car in the parking lot on Sept-17-2022. Lock your doors and report anything suspicious.
