“I got extensions done at the Draper location for my upcoming wedding and while the stylist was nice and the lashes turned out beautiful, I began having a bad reaction. The Draper location handled it very poorly in my opinion and were inconsistent and not prompt with communication when I needed to have them removed. I was able to get in to see Brielle and this location and she was so kind, she made sure I was comfortable during the removal process. She completely turned my experience around. While I am not sure I’ll get extensions again, I left in tears because she handled it with care and made me feel like more than just a dollar sign.“
