“This is probably one of the best lash experiences I’ve ever had. I got there and everyone was super sweet. I did have to wait a few minutes past my appointment because her last client ran a little bit long but Nancy apologized and explained what happened. I was not concerned about it because sometimes clients do take a little bit longer than expected. I saw a few reviews saying she treated them differently because they were younger, and I am not disregarding their experiences, but I’m 17 and I got treated with nothing but respect.
