Took my son in for a kids cut today, we arrived at 11 (the time I scheduled the cut) I told the guy we scheduled a kids cut and I selected anyone for the haircut not a specific person. He told me the girl that was already working on someone would be done soon, so we sat and waited I watched her finish her clients hair and then Proceeded to go and talk and clean up her area then sit in her chair and pull her phone out and talk with 2 other guys who were just sitting on their phones talking for about 20-30 mins into my scheduled appointment. No one said anything and gave dirty looks and acted confused that I was waiting in the lobby for so long. Then it finally clicked and she came over and helped. The cut was okay, she stopped about 2-3 times to text on her phone, mind you I’ve already been waiting so long and she couldn’t give her full attention once she did get him in the chair. Made me late for my other appointments in the day because they were in their own world, I left at 12:20! I would’ve left but they make you put your card on file when you schedule and I didn’t want to be charged for being ignored!

I’ve been coming here for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. My barber (Aubree) consistently gives an amazing haircut and pays attention to every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming, the conversations are great, and it’s always a fun place to be. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality cut and excellent service.

Everyone is welcoming but it is not the best place for people sensitive to sound as the music is usually pretty loud.
I am a bit upset that I went for a cut with Aubree since Cherry was in labor. I regret not waiting or booking with her partner. Aubree is a cool and kind person but styling is not her strength. She did not make my cut good and even showed her a photo of what I wanted. I would've been more comfortable if she would've been honest and told me she couldn't do it rather than experimenting on my hair. My hair was long enough for that style and messed up pretty bad. I decided to go back the next day for a fix and she messed up that too, tho it was a bit better now. I was charged $50 for this but the cut felt just as bad as a $10 cut from a hair salon. Now I gotta pay more for someone else to fix this.
If you're looking for styling Cherry is really cool and always does a great job. I will just wait on her from now on.

Just started coming here, highly suggest scheduling an appointment however they handle walk ins very well. All of the barbers are so kind and professional making the environment feel good going in for a haircut.

Great place to come and get a hair cut or beard trim, or a hot shave. Great environment, music is always going, and, we, the barbers, are very welcoming.
