When I entered this shop, I already had a lump in my throat, ready to cry. I had just shaved my head and was terrified! Mina absolutely took all my apprehensions and fears away. She was kind, understanding and absolutely knows everything there is to know about the “world of wigs”. She explained it all to me and made me feel comfortable and excited about wearing my new wig as I walked out the door. Thank you again Mina!
I was in the area from out of town and ended up at the SLC store, on the off chance I might get lucky knowing that they can’t possibly stock every piece in every color. The gal there was super helpful and when she didn’t have What I was looking for she offered to check her other stores. South Jordan did have it, so I was able to make it there the next day. Again the ladies working there were incredibly gracious and flexible even though I was a drop in. I was really nervous about this as I had tried the St. George store last month and the total witch working at that location couldn’t have been more rude and dismissive. First time in the store . Great people, great products ! Very helpful with ideas and suggestions when I asked them. They were very knowledgeable about their products. Will recommend them to others and definitely be back.
