I go here for the chiro adjustment, red light therapy, and Cryotherapy. You have to try all three to get the full experience. I mean the combination of being adjusted by Dr. Ward, the red light, finished by the Cryotherapy is Genius! No matter how bad I’m feeling, I am always leaving this place feeling new, re-energized, and pain free.
Staff there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process and help you understand everything in a simple manner. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I have chiropractors closer to where I reside but make the extra commute to this place because it really does separate theirselves among their competition.“

“Truly the best massage I have ever had. My husband surprised me with a 2 hour massage a few months back and I felt incredible, I fell asleep which has never happened when I’ve received a massage. I was truly in complete relaxation, and knew I had to come back. Fast forward to yesterday, I booked myself a massage to treat myself for my birthday and it was just as incredible. She really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Her room is so peaceful and a safe space. When we finished she gifted me a celenite crystal and an essential oil bar for my birthday which was so special!
