The service was for my mom, I enjoyed it very much even when I was not the person receiving the service, I am going to make an appointment for myself, I know I can benefit a lot from any of the services they provide, loved the ambience, dimmed light, music, and the peace I felt.

I came to cranial sacral therapy out of curiosity. I had a friend try it out and recommend it as a way to de-stress. I also heard it’s helpful for PTSD. I know someone that would benefit from that, but wanted to check it out first. I asked her a lot of questions while there and she cheerfully answered anything I threw at her. My back was really bothering me the last few days leading up to this appt, but I’d been putting off making a chiropractic appt because adjustments don’t seem to stay in place for very long for me.
