BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD!!! I tend to hold a ton of stress in my shoulders, neck and traps. I also have a herniated and bulging disc in my lower neck and lower back. I work out every day and hit the weights but never have time to stretch so my muscles are always very tight. Alex helped relieve a ton of pain and helped a pinch nerve as well. I will definitely be calling him in the future. I’ve also never had a massage at home which was pretty amazing. I called him last minute too cuz I was hurting and he got me in and helped so immensely. You won’t go wrong with Alex I promise! Call him for sure!!!!

I cannot rave enough about the incredible experience we had with Alex the massage therapist. From the moment he walked through the door, his calming presence put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. With his expert knowledge and skillful hands, he was able to target and alleviate the tightness in my IT band that had been bothering me for ages.Alex truly has a gift for understanding the body and knowing exactly what needs to be adjusted to provide relief and relaxation.
