I recently used S&L Plumbing for a plumbing repair and had a pretty good experience overall. Scheduling was simple, and they arrived within the time they gave me. The plumber explained what needed to be fixed and answered my questions without trying to upsell anything. The repair was finished the same day, and everything has been working well since. The price seemed reasonable for the work that was done. Communication could have been a little quicker before the appointment, but once they arrived the service was professional and easy to work with. I'd use them again if needed.
What a great experience! Because if a failed DIY project I had to find a plumber same-day…no easy feat. But Sly from S&L plumbing made room for me and solved my problem…and we even talked a little hockey!!
Sly came out to fix one issue and ended up resolving 3 more issues without upselling me. Super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how he treated me like a valued customer, and his competitive prices, with absolutely no upselling, no pressure, just focused on actually fixing the problems and making sure I was satisfied.
Hard to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend Sly if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares.
