Might not be fair to take a star because the local shop was outstanding. The deduction is because I was attempting to reach the local shop, but no option; all calls route you to national call center.

Scheduled an appointment online and was able to get in less than a week later. My receipt doesn't provide his name, but technician ID #569 was extremely welcoming, kind, and efficient. I had received a quote for 3 rock chips, and he even pulled me back to confirm that 2 of the 3 were actually pits and didn't need to be repaired. Very trustworthy. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend, will absolutely return to this location in the future. Thank you technician #569!

They worked directly with my insurance and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I appreciated the nice waiting area, but i didn't spend much time there as they completed my job quickly. Thank you Safelite!
