The techs and receptionist were all so wonderful to work with. I brought my car in as a walk-in to patch a small crack and they worked their schedule around so I could get it fixed. I was willing to come back another day, but they went above and beyond to help. I will be back!

I was so impressed by Safelite employees. Amber is so personal and responsive. I was going to pay out of pocket, did not think I had coverage with my insurance and she looked up the coverage for rock chip repair with my insurance and found those repairs are not covered, but because of the insurance company I go through she gave me a discount. You can tell she loves her job. Jeffree was the tech working on my windshield. He did a great job with my rock chip repairs. I also ordered wiper blade replacements, and Jeffree came back to the lobby and asked me how my blades were working for me? I said they are good, and he told me OK, wanted to make sure there was not anything...read full review

Their rock chip repair was amazing, to say the least! Beginning with the front receptionist Amber, who was super nice and informative, and I can’t remember the tech’s name who worked on my car but he did a fantastic job, and was super efficient and skilled at his craft. Thank you so much for your help.
