Love this place. Staff and ownership are great people and consistently go out of their way for members. Facilites have everything you need and you rarely need to wait for equipment. Good gym culture too, much more chill and friendly vibe than other gyms I’ve been to.

Hands down one of my favorite gyms I have been to. I've been to gyms in Spain, France, Greece, and Japan, and the Life Centre is still one of my favorites. It's always clean, there's a lot of options for machines, the pool is great in summer and winter, my husband loves the basketball courts, and the staff is always very friendly. Can't go wrong getting a membership here!

I love that the pool is outdoors in warm weather and has a bubble in the winter. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is plenty of space to work out in the gym, cardio, and weight rooms.
