I'm happy to recommend A.W.A.Y. and its workout program. I've been working with Micah for the past month to get in shape for ski season (and generally build working out back into my life). He conducted an evaluation and we determined goals and expectations. Each week he sends me my workouts, and follows up via text to see how they're going. I can report excellent follow-through and great rapport. And I'm definitely in better shape overall already, even with only a month under my belt. Great instruction and clarifications when needed!
