Adrienne is an amazing intuitive instructor! She was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was beautiful with a great sound system and peaceful lighting. The class was challenging and with Adrienne’s guidance I was able to follow along with ease. Absolutely recommend!!

Adrienne was a fantastic Yoga Instructor! This was only my second time doing Yoga (hot yoga) and I can’t believe how intense it was! Definitely recommend a night where Adrienne is instructing. She had a great playlist too.

I moved to Salt Lake City a few months ago and tried a few hot yoga studios. This one was the obvious choice for my yoga practice! All of the instructors are amazing! They clearly walk you through techniques and times/transitions are appropriate. Some of the other studios are hotter but Y6 is my favorite! It is very clean, not too dark so you can see the instructors when needed, affordable with lots of different packages to choose from, and it’s a good location with two big parking lots nearby. Also, Jami is my favorite instructor, lots of ‘twisty’ poses, very friendly, great vibe and I highly recommend taking one of her classes!
