Victor just came and replaced motor/operator on 1 of our big bay shop doors here at Quality Carrier.He also replaced several slats that were bent. Door looks and runs great thanks for your help.
Victor has spent the last couple days fixing our OLD roll up door. And when I say old, the motor in there was from 1993. He was very professional. Kept us updated on each step he was making. He worked until the job was complete and done correctly. He's a great asset to the Vortex Team.. Our bay door works beautifully. Thank you Victor!
I want give five stars for the great work Chad Bates performed on a very unique project. Chad was tasked with the removing a very heavy lead pocket door and retrofitting custom drapes in place of the door. Chad completed the difficult task on a Saturday.
I am very happy with the results, and will continue to use Vortex doors in the future.
