I Had difficulty finding a specific belt for my Hoover carpet shampooer I sent a message in their easy help through their website. They did get back to me a day late, but once I had correlation with Mel, they took care of me! Great customer service and experience Thank you, Mel!
We had a remarkable experience with Mel at Wimmer’s Vacuum aka, (Imagine Sewing & Vacuum) in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are Miele and Lindhaus fans and went in to service our 22 year-old Miele stick. But sadly, its motor was a goner. Mel took the time to find out our history (likes & dislikes) and vacuum needs then introduced us to the German Sebo line. She is a vacuum expert!!! I live in Cottonwood Heights, but this is the best place I’ve used for vacuum maintenance. Mel is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all things vacuum. Very much worth the drive to have great service!
