This is a very nice place and they are honest won't charge you for things you don't need. They at first told me my machine needed a very expensive part (like $2000) but they called me back and said they were wrong it didn't need that part! I was so glad, it just cost the price of the tune up and that was on sale for 50% off!
Mel was great, both on chat and in person.
