Everyone at Wimmer's has always been professional, friendly and kind. I've mostly had repairs done on my vacuums, but they've always taken care of me and are reasonable. I don't know what I would do without them. They have always taken great care of me.

I have never been treated so well in a store before!They were so helpful and nice!It was a great experience and I learned a lot today!Trish and Eric were the best!I plan on returning to that store !

I purchased a Miele CFR. The vacuum was out of stock and I had to wait a few weeks but I wasn’t in a hurry and the savings over retail was worth it. The staff communicated well and sent me a tracking number once the vacuum was ready to ship. Once received, the vacuum was like new but unfortunately had a broken part. I called and talked with Erik and he immediately ordered a new part under warranty. The new part was received in a few days. I am very happy with my purchase and the prompt warranty service! I highly recommend!
