This store is so wonderful. Updating my review to specifically shout out Nikki who was super lovely and helped me find what I needed and made a new tester for a couple that had run out.
I really love Ulta Beauty. Whenever you go there, you feel comfortable and relaxed, and you can take your time testing everything and choosing what you want. No one keeps following you around or bothering you.
In other places, it’s completely different. They keep coming up to you and asking if you need help. One time I went somewhere and six different people came and asked me if I needed help—even after I said no.
I don’t like shopping like that. It feels like pressure, like they’re trying to push you to buy what they want to sell. In those kinds of places, I lose my focus and end up leaving quickly without buying anything.
Rachel Shell is the best. So professional and kind and she really cared about how I felt walking out of her chair. I gave her a huge project to work on and not only did she step up to the plate beautifully and give me a stunning outcome, she was excited to do it and voiced the want to have me back to continue the work. I highly recommend her for any hair needs. She spent 5 hours working on my hair in a day and every moment was a joy. 10/10.
