This company provided excellent service repairing my water heater. Austin arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. Had to call Glacier Plumbing last week when my water heater decided to quit on me. Austin showed up right on time and honestly, what a relief to finally work with someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Guy figured out the problem pretty quick and didn’t try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. He was super cool about explaining what went wrong and how he was gonna fix it - didn’t talk down to me or anything like that. Got everything sorted way faster than I expected and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore. Already gave their number to my neighbor who’s been having issues with his kitchen sink. These guys are legit.

I am so happy I found Glacier Plumbing and Hydronics to replace my leaking water softener! I am particularly impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly my technician Jackson was. The guy called me promptly, talked me through my issue with my water softener, didn’t have to come out or charge me and was VERY kind and polite. I will definitely use them next time I need a plumbing service
