I was told one price, then when ready to accept, another, srating they forgot to add the price of the rock around the edges of my huge back yard.i believe one spot of grass was not put down right, with the same stuff put underneath it, as I sink into it every time it rains. Weeds, yes, come up around the edges and in between the large rolls they laid down, but not too bad. I just use vegetation killer seed along the edges by my patio. I had my yard done in the summer of 2021. It's color has held up well. It's hot as heck in the summers though, even when watered as recommended. My front yard was done in June of 2022. Within 3 months I had weeds growing through my artificial turf, rock and pavers Foxtail put in. I called and talked to one of the directors and he came out and told me to put weed killer down on it. After 6 months, they stopped returning my calls. I was told by Britt the designer that weeds would not come up through the artificial grass or rock because of the way they install. I constantly spread with weed killer and have lots of weeds. This company is the worse. I would never recommend them at all.

The side of our house was all dirt and unusable. We bought the house and all landscaping was done but the top side of the backyard. We decided that turf would be the way to go so we wouldn't need to put sprinkler system in. We had a couple of different companies come out and give us a quote. I had not even thought of adding a putting green in. We choose Foxtail as the rep, Jack S. was so kind answers all of my questions and concerns. They were also a little cheaper than the other companies. When we decided to go ahead and have it installed Jack came back to the house. And it was installed a week later.
